As a wedding gift, Bruno´s Aunt and Cousin and a few other relatives all contributed to our newest addition to the family. Our BIMBY. I am sure most of you have never heard of this wonderful machine...as I hadnt either...but it actually exists in Canada and the US under the name Thermomix by Vorwerk. This handy dandy machine makes everything from fresh juice to ice cream to soup to roast to cakes and doughs....just about everything! It is amazing...and it does it all very cleanly and in a matter of a few minutes. Here, check out the website for a preview!

Orange juice
Cream of mushroom soup
Cream of leak soup
Chicken Soup
An Indian Rice dish
Shrimp Curry
Brigadeiros (yummy fudge balls)
So let this machine be more insentive to come visit us in Portugal...by the time you get here, I will be able to make anything with it! :)
